HARRISBURG HAS AUTHORIZED CHEATING!
Pa's Manual pages 3-211/212 Rule 65(b)2(a-k)describes
gambling benefits for elected officials; notice the
EXTREME-BENEFITS with SURRENDER-OF-CHOICE!

2) Lottery vending machines designed to corrupt the

youngest with affordability being proportional to
height, receiving at 18 inches, & input at 29 inches.
They can buy a ticket, but not a snack!

Responsible actions for Pennsylvania will include:

1) Eliminate the phrase "WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION" from

4Pa.C.S.ss1103.

2) Eliminate/revise House Members Rule #'s:

a) 65(b)2(a-k)- EXTREME BENEFITS from gaming entities.

b) 65(a)- Ethics interest conflict with members
capacity as Professionals-Legislators.

c) 65- Member having Private Interests. Specific
elimination/revision making it a SERIOUS
CRIME for buying/selling of Legislators,
among others.

d) 14- Members' & Employees' Expenses. Literally a
deception of funds.

Since Rule #65(2) allows the buying/selling of Legislators, no specifics are given.
