Goals for next term

I am a fiscal conservative, and will work hard to maintain our current low tax rate, while maintaing our current high level of municipal services.

The challenges I foresee are the proper design, construction and financing of our proposed Safety Center/Township Administration Building. We must insure that this center is adequate to house our police, fire, ambulance and administration going forward for at least the next 50 years, but at a price the taxpayers can afford. The need is there. I want to insure that our ordinances are current and up to date. We cannot afford to find out after something happens that we have no laws to address it. We must be forward thinking, and try to anticipate future situations as best we can.

I am a constituent oriented Commissioner. My most important duty, and the one I enjoy most, is helping to solve problems for the people I represent, regardless of party affiliation. I return calls and I will work to achieve a satisfactory solution, whenever that is possible.

I believe in this Township and it's residents, and I will work as hard as I know how on their behalf.
