  • Sidewalks - Repeal the August 2007 ordinance so that homeowners cannot be sued for damage caused by the city's own policies
  • Budget - Fix the annual $4.7 million shortfall and end irresponsible spending like granting steep raises to top-level employees
  • Open Government - End the culture of secrecy at city hall that has resulted in "secret retirements" and too many improperly closed Council sessions
