create a non-selfserving san rafael government..listen to the people and implement ideas based on the needs of the community..i would also like to have better communication at the state level..ie..(sacramento)...i belive that we need market housing for our public safety..keeping firemen, police and teachers in san rafael...their commutes into san rafael are counter-productive..address a growing immigration problem by offering education and expanding our libraries...continue to allow san rafael merchants the ability to operate small businesses free of large permit fees and taxes...allow seniors and our baby boomers better healthcare in the following years...i would like to continue working with the fine people of san rafael on a day-day basis..thankyou, rocky pierson
