I am very proud of the progress that has made Palmdale one of California's most dynamic and desirable community's. Working together we have achieved many successes during my eight years as your City Councilmember:

MORE SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES--Increased the number of deputies patrolling our neighborhoods by 50%. Built our state-of-the-art new Sheriff's Station. Breaking ground on two new Fire Stations. Public Safety will always be my #1 priority!

MORE PARKS and RECREATION--Expanded Marie Kerr Park, including new Amphitheatre for community concerts. Opened the Dry Town Water Park and Best of the West Softball Complex.

QUALITY OF LIFE--Expanded Palmdale's Free Concerts and Nights on the Square programs. Increased city services for senior citizens. Provided new amenities like the Plant 42 Heritage Airport and a new Palmdale Hospital that is now under construction.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY--Attracted new businesses that have generated $12 million per year in additional sales tax revenues for city services. Palmdale has earned national recognition for outstanding financial management.

PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY--Supported the Televising and Web-casting of City Council meetings for greater public access.
