An additional tax for the benefit of Symmes Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of PARKS AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES at a rate not exceeding nine tenths (0.9) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to nine cents ($0.09) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for thirty (30) years, commencing in 2007, first due in calendar year 2008.
