1. All judicial candidates were asked to make a statement of 30 words or less addressing what makes them the best candidate for this office.
Judge Devlin, one of the "most knowledgeable" in court system (Journal News), serving 28 years in judicial, non-judicial positions (appellate and trial courts). Highest qualified judicial ratings by bar associations.
