I am extremely enthusiastic about serving on the Fallbrook Union High School Board of Trustees. There are significant strengths that I will bring to the school board. I have extensive working experience and a foundational understanding of the district's organizational structure. I am poised to accept your vote of confidence. I truly care about the students and staff that comprise Fallbrook, Ivy, and Oasis High Schools. I strongly believe it is time for change, for new voices, for effective strategies engaging all people who work and learn in our schools. The most pressing initial challenge will be to positively resolve the strained state of communication, respect, and trust that currently exists between the school board, district administration, and educational staff. I consider myself a positive person of passion and creativity, and I am committed to make Fallbrook an effective and functional district again. I care deeply about the entire Fallbrook educational and athletic community. I am dedicated to listening to all stakeholders: students, parents, community members, teachers, classified staff, and administrators. I also encourage you to support Mike Schulte and Bill O'Conner as we seek to create educational outcomes beneficial for all stakeholders. Please vote for Marc Steffler. |
