  • Maintain and enhance La Mesa's high community standard and public safety services.
  • Complete construction of a new police station, library, and post office, and renovate City Hall.
  • Implement University Ave plans and revitalize the Village into a vibrant, attractive village which rivals all similar '"downtown community villages."
