PVWMN needs change and I can provide that.The present board does not focus on conservation; neither does the agency. I feel that conservation can be done by everyone and is much needed as another drought will come. PVWMA needs to do a better job monitoring wells throughout the valley to measure salt water intrusion. I believe that any more charges, taxes, fees should be proportional to the benefit received. What is the agency getting for its money beside a host of attorneys and a flock of high priced consultants? |
