I believe that government can not spend more than it earns. The public pays taxes and expects its government to spend those funds well and for the best interests of the public.

I believe that the public deserves honest answers to their questions and should expect their elected representatives to work hard, keep them informed, and to make good decisions.

I believe that all members of our community, both who live, work or visit our city, deserve the best possible services.

I believe that local government must engage the public to help make decisions and to work together in solving problems.
