Candidates Interest in Ambrose Recreation and Park Board positions

Who demonstrates a true interest in the community by attending the Park Board meetings and working in the community?
I ask you who is really interested in becoming your next Directors on the Ambrose Recreation and Park Board? I personaly might gage a candidates interest by their actions.

  • Do they understand the Park Boards finances and budget by having thoroughly reviewed the current budget?
  • Do they attend the Park Board and committee meetings regularly?
  • Do they understand the Park Boards current contracts and how they are suppose to serve our residents by providing landscaping and maintenance services to specific areas within Bay Point?
  • Do they realize the current assets that Ambrose Recreation and Park district is responsible for?
  • Do they understand what the General Managers role is when working with the Ambrose Recreation and Park Board Directors?

Vote for a slate of new officers, individuals who can answer yes to all of the above questions and who have been serving your community on the Bay Point Municipal Advisory Council for the last several years. Residents of Bay Point who understand the needs of our community and who work tirelessly on events and committees for all Bay Point residents. On November 7 please vote for Vicki Zumwalt, Steve Hoagland and Judy Dawson for your 3 new Ambrose Recreation and Park Board Directors.
