Initiated a dress code survey that sampled the opinions of parents at five local schools, prompted A.U.S.D. to rewrite their policy.

Co-chaired the organization of two DRMS Auction Spring Dinners that raised $64,000 for books, sports and education needs.

Co-leader in the Yes on C campaign which prevented a poorly planned apartment complex.

Led conservation efforts for Burrowing owls which also includes building successful habitats for them in Woodland, Ca and Arizona
