My philosopy is very simple. I will let the residents views be my guide instead of the bureaucrats. It has been very apparent to me and many others that the city leaders have not listened to the residents vote or voice in the last couple of years. I am not part of the establishment that now holds the reins of the city, so my vision is not blurred by being part of the system. I will not be a rubber stamp for the city staff, they work hard and are good people but, my vision must be independent, when necessary, and prudent.
