Frank Scotto believes that residents need to take back City Hall. Large developers have influence over the majority of the City Council. The rezoning of commercial and industrial property for high-density condominiums has to STOP! This development is having an impact on our infastructure, our city services (police and fire), and our quality of life and no solutions are being offered. Frank wants to help find solutions. His plan is to complete the study of the General Plan and follow it! Frank would also like to form an Ethics Committee. He would like to see the City and the School District work together for the betterment of our City and our Schools.
