City Plan for Growth

The city needs to capture the complete character of all residents to create an all-inclusive plan for city growth
The city needs to find innovative methods of bringing all residents to participate in a formal process of having a city growth plan. Residents need to feel comfortable about providing their view point and can not feel shunned in relation to their positions not being considered or finding their representatives discussed a plan with them and found later that same representative acted in the best interest of a special interest group. The city needs to encourage the participation of residents and discourage the activities of elected officials working with special interests groups.
