Residents safety includes feeling safe walking on the streets, care for the elderly and sick, providing social services
The city of Torrance has a unique fabric of residents. As a city it is our responsibility to provide safety to all our residents. The city needs to utilize it's ambiance and allure as a thriving place of congregating to continue tradition and provide safety to all residents. The businesses need to be communicated to figure out what additional efforts the city can incorporate to help businesses. And the city must use the resources and flows provided by the businesses to constantly provide innovative services to the needing residents within the city.
