The City of Torrance suffers from a lack of elderly afordable housing, parking, traffic congestion, and uncontrollable points of commerce; I plan on solving these problems.
Residents Safety
Residents safety includes feeling safe walking on the streets, care for the elderly and sick, providing social services
City Plan for Growth
The city needs to capture the complete character of all residents to create an all-inclusive plan for city growth
