It is astounding how much special interest money is poured into this local race.It is astounding how much special interest money is poured into this local race. It cannot be good for our City when we have local races with over $100,000 poured in by special interest groups who for the most part do not live in the City of Sunnyvale. I firmly believe it is time that Sunnyvale put limits on the amount of money that special interest can invest in these races, both cash and soft money. I do not believe that council members who accept these large sums can vote with a unbiased point of view. |
