- Changes to the Glendale Election System
-
I think that the city election system should be reviewed to determine how to make it more effective. Cities around Glendale are experimenting with All-Mail-In voting and Electronic Voting machines. Preparation of ballots, access to multi-lingual polling sites and distribution of mail-in ballots have been issues in recent elections.
- Changes to Existing City Clerk's Office
-
Government today is demanding work. There are shortages in staff, budget and time. At the same time there has never been a society more advanced in communications, whether it be cell phones, television, print or the Internet. The City Clerk's office is a vital point of contact and a portal to government for Glendale's citizens. I would like to work with the city to create a new foundation for the clerk's office.
