VISION FOR MANHATTAN BEACH
As a resident of Manhattan Beach for over 20 years, Chuck has stressed his intent to improve the quality of life for the city's residents and businesses.
PROTECT OUR OCEAN AND AIR QUALITY
As an avid ocean swimmer and kayaker and former manager of alternative fuels, Chuck strongly supports storm water and water quality control programs, public outreach and enforcement and the expanded use of clean burning, alternative fuel and hybrid vehciles.
IMPORTANT ISSUES AFFECTING MANHATTAN BEACH
During the candidate forums held to date, Chuck has reiterated that he "intends to keep the legacy of a strong city government and professional staff for the citizens of Manhattan Beach."
