The top three elements in politics is re-election, re-election, re-election!

It's unfortunate that the political arena is part of the educational system that we provide for our children, teenagers, youth, and young adults. However, it takes greater accountable relationships with great team players to make things happen! Because he/she is elected by the people as a representative, to perform his/her duties for the people. This will take people with experience, dignity, integrity, honor, courage, and committment with a strong spiritual development to uphold his/her responsibilities as an elected official.

The education field has become the initial political step for many politicians - therefore, education is politics. The community elected officials (local city, county, state, federal) with experience will avoid mistakes, potential erroneous planning and governance, as well as avoiding distracting variables of reaching appropriated goals. Also, avoiding wrongful decisions on vital issues because of the lack of knowledgeable information.

America is a melting-pot of a fruit salad with multiple issues, and equality in education is essential, because it takes a lot of cultural sensitivity with understanding. We must have an effective support system for every ethnic population in public education. This will provide access to the appropriate resources earmarked for health and safety issues, as well as academic development in a right mannerism. As identified in the Sullivan Principles; motivation without integration is frustration. Every ethnic child must be motivated in education, with a greater sense of understanding about who, what, where, when, and how each particular child develops in life. Meaning, have an effective assessment approach for each child, and integrate the appropriate resources to motivate him/her for a successful educational endeavor. Needless to say, if we plant the seed appropriately in the initial step of each child towards their education, they will not be frustrated and we will not be frustrated either - we'll all be happy!

The political arena should not be about new versus old, democrat versus republican, etc. It's about addressing the direct issues at-hand, and know-how to provide resources to directly resolve the issues, to appropriately serve every human being in life including our children. THANK YOU and God Bless!
