The "Sewer" is not a part of my campaign. I stand by the decisions that have been made before me.

I see that Los Osos seriously lacks Parks and Recreation facilities and programs. I am currently completing a study of what exists, and what is needed, with regard to specific facilities and programs. This will lead to specific funding and a Master Plan for Los Osos.
