    • Fiscal Accountability - Dollars remaining in the classroom should be the rule, not the exception.
    • Literacy - Every child must be able to speak and read English. Prepare all children for higher education and challenging careers
    • Safety- Children can't learn if they don't feel safe in school. Parents must know their children are safe!!
