  • Publicize the district, with emphasis on our webpage at http://www.bcrpd.org, as the central point to access information on programs, policies, etc.
  • Anchor our bylaws, policy manual, and job descriptions with detailed, but concise and understandable, language
  • Create a long term mission statement and, from there, create an appropriate business philosophy
