This information is provided by the candidate

I am proud of what we have accomplished during my time on the Mountain View-Whisman School Board. I led the effort to pass a parcel tax so schools could have stable funding for essential programs. Through that effort, our community united and focused on our shared vision of success for all. I am eager to use my experience to build on that foundation and make sustainable improvements for our schools.

I am committed to preparing children for success in any future they choose. I believe we are accountable for every child's learning, regardless of race, ethnicity or wealth. I will promote differentiated instructional strategies to meet each student's unique needs. I will support professional development for teachers so they can support students. And I will ensure resources are directed effectively and work to improve funding for education.

Our district is at a turning point. I offer the strong leadership necessary to continue making progress. I have the time, energy and commitment to serve our students. I work well with parents, community members and business partners. I make decisions with every student's academic achievement, social development and emotional well-being in mind. I would be honored to have your vote.
