This is a non-binding advisory measure asking Saratoga voters' preferences in funding City services. This measure does not limit the authority of the City Council to spend tax revenues on general municipal services. Should the City of Saratoga use funds generated by a utility user tax primarily for repair, maintenance, and improvement of City infrastructure (including streets, bridges, sidewalks, medians, buildings, storm drains, and parks), and to maintain or improve current levels of public safety?
