Position Papers
Assist in establishing "District 6 Business Association."
A Business Association would provide a forum for addressing business needs in North Pomona. Participation in planning for economic growth will afford district businesses the chance to buy-in to the community's future and to become full partners in the successful growth of our community.
Create a District 6 "Community Gang Intervention Commission"
District 6 is "home-base" to four Pomona gangs. We need to speak directly to them to solve the problems. Solving the problem of gangs begins with the gangs.
Work with Los Angeles County Fairgrounds to implement solutions to area neighborhood concerns
Working more closely with, and not as an adversary of, the Los Angeles County Fairgrounds, will provide opportunity to balance our community's quality of life issues with the fairground's economic growth.
