Vigorous, conscientious representation of voters, the public & communities interests (Not water companies). Now the water-bill paying, ratepayers, are paying to clean up the water. This must stop, since voters are not liable for contamination.
Cut public relations budget. Stop monthy full-Page newspaper ads and junk mail. We should not spend taxpayer's money to say what a good job we are doing. We have wasted a half-million dollars in the past 5 years on a misguided program of "public education".
