Why I want to continue as Division 6 Board Member to the Three Valleys Municipal Water District.
I want to continue as your Three Valleys Municipal Water District (TVMWD) Board Member representing Division 6 and the people it serves. I can help the TVMWD meet the challenges of the 21st Century. My education, professional work experiences, specialized licenses, and enthusiasm for the water industry provide me with skills for effective TVMWD Board leadership. My family and I have been Division 6 residents for almost 35 years.

I graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona with a BS in Civil Engineering and earned a MA in History from CSUF. I am a Registered Engineer and have 37 years of experience within municipal water and power agencies. I am employed by the City of Burbank as the Assistant General Manager -Water Systems.

As a Director for the TVMWD I have served as Vice-President, Secretary, Chairman of the Personnel/Finance Committee, and member of the Six Basins Watermaster Board. I have previously served as a Director on the Metropolitan Water District Board.
