Candidate for
Board of Directors; Water Replenishment District of Southern California; Division 5

I am Ronald P. Flores candidate for the Water Replenishment District, WRD, Division 5 which covers Bellflower, Carson, Compton, Whittier, Pico Rivera, La Habra Heights, Norwalk, Paramount and parts of Downey.

I am requesting your support to expand water treatment programs by the WRD to ensure higher levels of water quality for our various communities.

I offer 36 years of profesional work experience as a former banker with major domestic and international banks, a former treasurer with a New York Stock Exchange company,Fiscal Officer for the State of Cailfornia, California Science Center, and former Chief Financial Officer of the Water Replenishment District from 2000 to 2002.

I am a former Boardmember of the Health Systems Agency for the county of Los Angeles. My strong fiscal and former water replenishment background would allow me to represent the consumers in Division 5.

I was raised in Montebello and reside in Whittier for over 36 years.
