Additionally, as the only candidate with a financial back ground I can understand and provide invaluable input into the district finances. DSRSD is one of the few public agencies that recognized, in the 80's, the need to begin saving for major repair and replacement.

I beleive my 34 year residency uniqely qualifies me to understand the history and complexity of the district.
