Traffic Circulation Master Plan and Implemetation Plan

Continue to improve the traffic circulation for the entire community by working as a team with Caltrans,regional traffic authorities, our community, developers and business owners and the rest fo the region. Update our plan.
After electing me to be your representative to the Hercules City council, I started working with our city and everyone to update our traffic circulation of the city now and for the future. These are things that need to be done to secure us for the better circulation local or regional.
The extension of the John Muir Parkway to the waterfront is a must in order to have an alternative transportation for people that use our facility, (ie Hercules Tansit Center,the Amtrak Station, the Ferry services to San Francisco), the completion of West Sycamore Avenue to the waterfront, the completion of Palm Avenue towards Highway 4 and in addition synchronized all traffic lights that will favor our residence especially during peak hours.


Work with BART authority for the final location of the BART Station and the "Park and Ride Lot" in order for cars, vehicles, along Sycamore Avenue and San Pablo Avenue can be improve drastically.
