Questions & Answers

1. How would you implement your top priority?

Ohio is 40th in the nation in state support for higher education. That has resulted in our tuition being among the highest in the country and those high prices limiting the opportunity for many Ohioans to attend college. Education drives our economy, attracts new residents and encourages native Ohioans to remain instate. I will make higher education funding a top priority in the Ohio State Budget. We must keep tuition affordable and research facilities well-funded.
