Information shown below:

A replacement of 4 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 0.75 mill, to constitute a tax for the benefit of the Village of Lincoln Heights, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of POLICE PROTECTION at a rate not exceeding four and seventy-five hundredths (4.75) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to forty-seven and five tenths cents ($0.475) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2002, first due in calendar year 2003.
