In this country's first 125 years, there was no Income Tax...In this country's first 125 years, there was no Income Tax. The current myriad of tax laws are in many cases redundant and in all cases, unfair. I would prefer to see no federal taxes outside of tariffs and excise taxes. But, I would favor a national sales tax over the current system. Optimally, our government could easily, and Constitutionally, be run on a 2% tariff. |
