Engineering, Information Technology and now Water technology and policy making is what Paul Lewis is all about.Is Paul Lewis Qualified? With out a doubt, Paul Lewis is qualified! Paul has spent nearly a year learning the trade, understanding the issues, talking with professionals and attending seminars. With his technical education and twenty years in private industry, Paul is very well qualified to direct the District to cost savings and efficiencies. Director Lewis is one of two Otay representatives on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority. He also functions as a member of the Ad Hoc Desalinization Committee, the Planning and Environmental Committee and the Legal Affairs Committee. He is the Vice President of the Conservation Water Garden of San Diego County. But more than that, Paul has a solid foundation to make ethical and moral decisions. He has based all his decisions on what is right for the ratepayers of Otay Water District and what is right for our ecology. |
