By changing the zoning to multiuse we will be able to enjoy a mixed use of retail and residential.Changing the zoning in the redevelopment/downtown area from commercial to a multiuse would permit Vista the ability to enjoy a combination of both commercial retail with residential on the second story. This appearance can be seen in both La Jolla and Del Mar. Having a multiuse/mixed use zoning would bring more activity and provide a "Village" atmosphere. |
