1. Management review of all city departments and programs to cut waste.

2. Cut fees.

3. Adopt a sound, balanced budget with emergency reserves.

4. Increase the size of our Police and Fire Departments

5. Cut red-tape and streamline regulation to attract quality businesses that provide good paying jobs.

6. Keep our beach, harbor and lagoon free from pollution.

7. Improve our neighborhood parks and complete the San Luis Rey River Bike Path.
