Principles, Philosophy and Plans for the people of the SLV Water District
I believe in the princple that private property equates to our expression of our individual liberty. I believe that an individual's liberty is dependent upon the ability to be heard, respected and made a part of the decision-making process through open venues, especially by being able to vote their minds on any issue of concern. I believe that truth must never be withheld as it is at the foundation of all we believe. Those above principles I will not compromise. I will not violate the public's trust.

So often I have observed real issues burried in misunderstanding, lack of interest... Yet,we all have some of the same concerns and issues to be resolved irrespective of politics. I can listen to other viewpoints and gain knowledge to help make those important decisions. We all can do this together. I desire to make everyone a part of this District's decisions and will not hesitate asking the public for their help. That is true representation.
