Creating subcommittees on school sites for immediate impact and tutorial after school programs.
I've had the opportunity to explore the AVID program and was extremely impressed by this creative way of learning. By bringing the top students from various high schools around the county and city would give each school site a vast pool of high achieving tutorial instructors.All high school students are required to complete community service for graduation and this is a great tool to utilize;especially those students who want to become teachers can benefit the most. High school internship program can be coordinated as well as a college one for those high school students who need extra focus.
