Candidate for
Member; Santa Clara County Board of Education; Trustee Area 7

My candidacy for Seat 7 for the Santa Clara County Office of Education is the final piece in life long association with the 'county office'. Initially I was a student for 12 years with the 'county office' then subsequent to college and a double session with the U.S. Navy, I became an employee with the 'county office' as a teacher of emotionally disturbed and of wheelchair-bound students.

Experience in education was also obtained in Hawaii, Oakland Unified, Alum Rock Union, Gilroy Unified, and San Jose Unified.

Other career experience: business manager for a private school, advising 'home schoolers', authoring special education laws, and acting as a general 'child advocate'.
