Goals for Next Term

Candidate for Board Member; Fremont Union High School District

These are my top-priority goals for my next term.
1. It is critical that all of our students pass the mandatory state exit exam that will begin with the class of 2004.

2. I will ensure that the District makes every effort to properly instruct our students so they will all pass the exam.

3. We must attract, mentor, and retain new teachers who meet the highest standards. I will work to maintain and improve the District's working environment to meet this goal.

4. The District also needs to strengthen its connections to our feeder schools to better meet the needs of our entering students. I will strive to maintain the open communications with our feeder schools that are necessary to achieve this goal.

5. We have the gift of an excellent school District. It is my intent to sustain and enhance the District so that we may pass this gift to the next generation.
