Bill Foulk has accomplished a great deal in his first 12 years on the board.Bill and his wife Joanne have eight wonderful children and 21 grandchildren."FOLKS for FOULK" Bill has been a resident of Milpitas since 1969. Bill is a former teacher at Milpitas High School. Bill is a Real Estate Broker and a Senior Loan Officer. Bill was elected by his peers to be Board President 3 times. Bill Received the Master of Boardsmanship Award. Bill Received the Master in Governance Award. Bill lead the District in passing a 64.7 Million Bond. As Liaison to the Bond Committee, Bill has ensured the tax dollars were spent according to our promises in 1996. Including a New Math Science Building at MHS, new Multi-purpose buildings at Weller, Rose and Spangler, new Athletic Fields at MHS. Go by and see. Plus renovations at all schools in the District. Bill has been Board Liaison to the Family Life/Sex Education Committee for 12 years and is serious about appropriate curriculum in this area. Bill honors his commitment to being accessible to parents. |
