By Michael Fred "Mike" AllenCandidate for Council Member; City of San Jacinto | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
SOME OF THE THINGS I WOULD WORK FOR ARE: BUILDING A NEW CITY HALL (THE ONE WE HAVE NOW IS A DISGRACE, WHERE WE CANNOT HOLD OUR OWN CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS); IMPROVE DOWNTOWN AREA, WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE FINAL SOLUTION FOR THE VOSBURG; ESTABLISH A PART-TIME CITY POSITION, THE SOLE PURPOSE BEING TO ATTRACT BUSINESSES TO SAN JACINTO; LOW COST CITY SPAYING AND NEUTERING PROGRAM; WEEKEND ANIMAL CONTROL COVERAGE; STRICT ENFORCEMENT OF SPEED LIMITS, ESPECIALLY ON MAIN STREET; STOP SIGN AT MAIN AND MISTLETOE; AND ESTABLISH GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH SOBOBA RESERVATION. I SUPPORT TERM LIMITS. I WOULD NOT RUN FOR RE-ELECTION. ALLEN WILL MAKE A DOGGONE GOOD COUNCILMAN. VOTE ON NOV.5. |
