This will let you know who is asking for your vote.My name is Bill Gray. I am running for School Board. I have lived in Irvine for 15 years. My wife is an elementary school teacher and high scool coach in Irvine and my children attend school in the District. I am an attorney, an ex-Marine and former police officer. I volunteer my time to youth athletics as a coach, referee, manager and umpire. I have served on the Boards of Little League and the Woodbridge High Booster Club and worked with members of the Board of Irvine PONY (Protect Our Nation's Youth) baseball. Education is about the kids. Elect me and I will not forget that. I will work with the teacher's representatives to get the teachers what they need to teach. I will work the parents to maximize the learning environment in the schools. I will work with District staff to upgrade current facilities and plan for the future growth of Irvine. |
