I currently have over 15 years of operations and executive management training background with an emphasis on start up operations and expansions. Experienced at all levels of Retail and Wholesale lending management including sales production, operations, quality control, profit & loss & budgeting, and marketing.

I started my career as a customer service representative for Transamerica Financial Services. From there I was promoted to the position of Branch Manager in North Hollywood, CA. At that point, I was the youngest person ever promoted to Branch Manager. I was 20 years old and still going to college. As Branch Manager I managed the receivables of $15,000,000 and a staff of eight (8). I also managed the daily profit and loss of the branch. Additional responsibilities also included the hiring and training of staff.

From Transamerica, I was recruited to Long Beach Savings and Loan as a Sales Manager and transferred to San Jose, CA. I was instrumental in helping the Northern California Region get off the ground. After a year in Northern CA, I was transferred back to Southern California where I managed the wholesale operations in Woodland Hills, CA. I managed a monthly loan volume of $15 to $20,000,000 while maintaining monthly/quarterly P&L and budgets.

After five (5) years with Long Beach Bank I was recruited as Senior Vice President to start up the Retail Division for Royal MortgageBanc in Orange, CA. I managed the branch network of 25 offices in six (6) Western states. Managed all daily production and operations for the division and managed the P&L, and budgets.

After 3 successful years with Royal MortgageBanc, I was recruited as a Senior Vice President for WMC (previously Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company) and started their Retail Division from ground zero to over $300,000,000 in fundings in 1999. Directly supervised over 400 employees nationwide. Responsibilities included the implementation of training for sales and operations, which also included the company's policies and procedures, as well as the management of processing, underwriting, funding and quality control of our division's fundings.

After 15 years of working for the above-mentioned great companies, I finally decided to take all of the training and skills and start my own company in Tustin, CA and have never looked back! After moving to Tustin in 1997, this is the place that I knew that I wanted to open up my company.

With the above skills, I feel I can help lead Tustin and our future of Tustin Legacy (TMCAS) to bring more businesses to our City so that our residents can not only live but also work in our great City!
