  • 22 year career with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department retiring at the rank of Lieutenant.
  • Four year tour of duty with the United States Marine Corps.
  • Served on the boards of the Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce, Hospital Council of Northern & Central California, Tehachapi Vision Foundation.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Police Science & Administration from California State University at Los Angeles.
