  • Occupation: Chief Technical Officer
  • Appointed to School Board August 2001
  • State-Certified Mediator
  • Served on Park and Rec. Commission, Charter Review Commission, and the Ad-hoc Committee on Electoral Reform
  • Three children, one graduated from UC Davis, two at AHS
  • Have experience with all grade levels, K-12, as two kids have always attended Albany Schools
  • Have never missed a Board meeting.
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Restore open communications, mutual trust, and respect between the Board, administrators, teachers, parents, students, and the wider Albany community.
  • Find long term, creative, and viable solutions to our budget problems, so that we can fairly pay all our employees, with excellent programs.
  • I believe we can have great schools in Albany. We have very good schools now, but we could be great.
