Short position statement.I first ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in `96, as a Write-In Candidate, and received just 10 votes. I ran again in `98, with my name on the ballot, and received more than 10,000 votes. Since the '98 election I've earned an AA degree in journalism, in Redding California at Shasta College, and am graduating this Spring from Chico State University with a BA in journalism and a Minor in Political Science. I started my working career young, like many Americans, and learned multiple skills as a blue-collar worker over a 20 year period. I worked in ship repair, construction , and other fields, including logging and administrating a non-profit organization I established to help fight homelessness, called Project NOAH, National Organization Against Homelessness. Today, I have the education and drive to represent the North State. I can address the present situation of encroaching internationalism and diminishing justice at home and abroad, which gravely concerns all Americans. Elect a common man for Congressman, Bob Todd! |
